SBI PO 2017 Interview Questions: The final phase of the selection process of SBI Probationary Officer Recruitment 2017 is wound up in a Group Discussion & Interview round. The Group Exercises/Discussions and Interviews (Phase-III) will be conducted from 04th September 2017 at selected centers.
The round carries a weightage of 50 marks divided between GD and PI. Group Exercises (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks). The qualifying marks in Group Exercises &Interview will be as decided by the Bank.

Marks secured by the candidates in the Written Test (out of 250 marks) will be converted to 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) will be converted to 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Written Test and Group Exercises & Interview out of 100 for each category.
In other words, For the calculation of final result, a ratio of 75:25 is observed, of which written exam carries 75% weightage and GD/PI carries 25 %.
