GATE 2017 Last Date for Online Application Extended: IIT Roorkee has issued an official notification regarding the last date for GATE 2017 Online Application. Eligible candidates can now submit their GATE application till 10 October 2016 (11:00 AM). Earlier, the last date for the GATE 2017 online application was 4 October 2016. This is a great opportunity for GATE aspirants to register themselves for the upcoming GATE examinations in 2017.


GATE 2017 Last Date for Online Application Extended

GATE is a National Level Competitive Examination conducted every year. It is one of the most popular exams for Engineering students and aspirants. Those who qualify in GATE are open to admissions to Postgraduate Courses (Master’s and Doctoral) with MHRD and other Government Scholarships/ Assistantships in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science.

All candidates are hereby requested to register for the online application that has been extended to 10 October 2017. No registration would take place after the last Online Application Extended date.


Most of the candidates must have already registered themselves for the GATE examination. It’s a good news for all the candidates who did not get the chance to apply for the GATE exam. Candidates can register themselves from the official website of IIT Roorkee i.e. Candidates will also get the facility to make corrections, edit their details in the applications after October 20 as per the rules set by the institution.
