Follow the steps mentioned below to submit IB ACIO Grade II Online Application Form properly:

Step 1: To apply online, click on the direct link provided above or visit www.mha.gov.in or www.ncs.gov.in.

Step 2: Candidates who agree to the terms and conditions can apply by checking the ‘I Agree‘ box and clicking the ‘Start‘ button.

Step 3: The candidate must correctly fill out the required information, such as Personal Details (Candidate’s Name, Contact Number, and Email Address).

Step 4: After completing Step-I Registration, a message with the candidate’s login ID (Application Sequence Number) and password will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address.

Step 5: In order to fill out the remaining details in the application form, the candidate must log out and sign in the back (for Step – II).

Step 6: After registration, the candidate must login and fill out the rest of details in the IB Grade II Application Form, including Personal Details, Qualification Details, Declaration, etc.

Step 7: The candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature at the time of online registration (in a single file, the size of which should not be more than 50 KB). Instructions for uploading the single file containing photograph and signature are available on the online application portal.

Step 8: After submitting the application, candidates will be led to the SBI portal to deposit the INR 100 examination fee (if applicable) and INR 500 Recruitment Processing Charges (plus Bank charges, if applicable), which must be paid by all candidates in both online and offline method.

IB ACIO Grade II Application Fees

The examination fee can be paid offline or online.

Offline Payment (Cash Deposit)

In this option, the applicant will be required to take a printout of Challan form and deposit the fee in cash in any branch of State Bank of India after a gap of one working day. A counterfoil of this Challan would be given back to the candidate by the bank, indicating the transaction ID, which may be retained by the candidates.

Online Payment

The applicants having Internet Banking, ATM Cum Debit Card and Credit Card of State Bank of India or any other bank can pay the fees through ‘SBI Collect’ option. The candidates would be required to provide their registration number during the process of online payment.

  • Incorrect information in any column may result in the rejection of IB ACIO Grade II Application Form.
  • Only one application form should be submitted by each candidate.
  • Multiple applications may be cancelled if they are submitted at the same time.
  • The registration slip must be printed out by the candidates.
  • Make a note of the registration number and roll number for future use.

  • Candidates must be a citizen of India
  • Candidates must have completed their graduation from any stream from a recognized university
  • Candidates must have knowledge of computers
  • Candidates should be between 18 and 27 years. The upper age limit is relaxed for candidates belonging to the following reserved categories:
    • Candidates from the SC (Scheduled Caste) and ST (Scheduled Tribes) categories are given a five-year age relaxation.
    • OBC candidates are offered a three-year period of relaxation (Other Backward Class)
