My IBPS RRB Interview Experience: To culminate the recruitment process, The Institute of Banking & Personnel Selection is conducting the IBPS RRB Interview round for shortlisting candidates to various govt banks spread across the country. I was quite nervous at the time of the interview, I was allotted 8:00 AM Slot. There were 5 members in my interview panel (4 Male and 1 Female). They offered me a chair to sit, I thanked them.
Interviewer 1: Hello Gaurav (looking at my Resume) Tell me about your Yourself?
Me: Answered!
Interviewer 1: What is your take on Demonetization? What is the main objective of Demonetization?
Me: Explained well enough to convince the interviewer.
Interviewer 2: Gaurav, Do you know what is a Startup?
Me: Defined Startup! While I was answering this question, I used the term “Mudra loan & Service Industry”. They cross-questioned me on the same terms used by me. I answered the same correctly.
Interviewer 3: What is the full form of MSME? What is the MSME limit in service Industry?
Me: Micro Small & Medium Enterprises. For the service sector, the investment limits are Rs 10 lakh, 2 crores and 5 crores in terms of investment.
Interviewer 3: Suppose, you live in a village. Can you Apply for Mudra Loan? (Situational question)
Me: I gave my opinion. I was not sure about this.
Interviewer 2: Does Anyone in your family belong to Banking Sector?
Me: I said NO.
Interviewer 3: Tell us about some famous places you belong to?
Me: I told the 3 famous places of my city.
Interviewer 2: Ok Thank you Gaurav!
Me: I wished Everyone.

These were the main questions asked in my IBPS RRB Interview round. My IBPS RRB Interview lasted for around 20 minutes.
