JSSC CGL Eligibility 2016

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission releases an official notification highlighting the eligibility criteria for the exam. Candidates planning to write the exam must check the below eligibility conditions before filling in the application form.

JSSC CGL Age Limit

The minimum age of a candidate applying for the JSSC CGL exam must be 21 years, and the maximum age can be 35 years. Age relaxation is offered to the reserved category candidates as per the government laws.

JSSC CGL Exam Pattern

Candidates preparing for the exam must follow the latest JSSC CGL exam pattern and syllabus to score higher marks. The detailed exam pattern is released in the official notification of the JSSC CGL 2021 exam. The exam is conducted in two phases- JSSC Prelims and JSSC Mains. JSSC CGL Prelims

The JSSC CGL Prelims is an objective exam with multiple-choice questions from five sections. The test is conducted in an offline mode, and candidates have to fill in the answer in the sheet provided.

  • Each question carries 3 marks with a negative marking of 1 mark.
  • Candidates clearing the prelims exam are called out for the JSSC CGL Mains exam.
