- Subject: Mention the purpose of the letter in short. Subject should be in upper-case characters and aligned either to the left or to the center.

- Subscription: A polite form of thanking. It is generally written on the left hand side corner of the lines after the body. It should start with a capital letter and end with a comma.
- Designation follows the subscription.
