NABARD Recruitment Examination 2016 was successfully conducted for the recruitment of Grade A and B Officers. A large number of aspirants appeared for the written examination on 15 May 2016 and now are desperately waiting for a detailed exam review of NABARD Paper. NABARD Exam Analysis for Grade A, B Recruitment

The Examination Paper consisted of the Objective test. This Objective examination consisted of 200 Questions divided into two parts:

  • Part-I consisted of 5 sections i.e. Reasoning, English Language, Computer Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness
  • Part II consisted of 2 sections i.e. Economic and Social Issues & Agriculture & Rural Development.

The Paper is conducted for 200 marks and the time allotted was 120 Minutes. According to a collective analysis of both students and teachers, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate.

Quantitative Aptitude Exam Analysis for NABARD 2016

Quantitative Aptitude Section was toughest among all. The Final answer digit is in decimal form so candidate has to complete the calculation that is also a time consuming factor. Candidates having good arithmetic knowledge and practice can attempt 14-17 questions easily.

  2. Data Interpretation – (2 Sets – One Bar Graph and One Line Graph)
  3. Equations (Linear , Quadratic)
  4. Time & Work, Averages, Profit & Discount, SI and CI
  5. Simplification


Reasoning Aptitude Exam Analysis for NABARD 2016

The reasoning Section was easy as the maximum questions were asked on singlets but one puzzle was very tricky. We expect a number of candidates must have quit it.

The Reasoning Section was the Scoring Part of the Paper. Candidates having good knowledge and Practice can easy attempt 28-32 Questions.

  2. Input/output
  3. Syllogisms – 3 Statement
  4. Inequality
  5. Statement and Assumptions/ Conclusion
  6. Seating Arrangement
  7. Data sufficiency


English Language Exam Analysis for NABARD 2016

This section was common as it appears in other Bank Exams also. Attempting 25-27 Question will be considered as a good attempt.

Few topics covered in the Paper are as follows:

  1. RC 
  2. Cloze Test
  3. Sentence Correction
  4. Fill in the Blanks (Dual)
  5. Sentence Arrangement in a correct Order/ Parajumbles
  6. Spotting the Error  


General Awareness Exam Analysis for NABARD 2016

The major portion of this section is related to banking awareness and current affairs related to the month of February, March and April 2016.

  • Few Questions related to Static Affairs are there as well.
  • The section was Easy.


Computer Awareness Exam Analysis for NABARD 2016

Maximum Questions asked covers the Basics of Computers and this section can be considered as the Easiest Section of the overall paper.


Social & Economic Issues & Agricultural & Rural Development

Socio- Economic & Agricultural Section was a new addition for this Recruitment Examination but the Section was easy and a well prepared candidate can attempt 30-33 Questions Easily.


NABARD Expected Cut Off | Sectional and Overall
