RBI Assistant Selection Procedure 2016 for RBI Assistant Post is a 3 Phase Process. There will be a Prelims & Mains Written Examination followed by an interview for the recruitment to Reserve Bank of India. The detailed information regarding all the phases have been mentioned below:

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern Phase I- Prelims
The Online Computer-Based Test (CBT) for RBI Assistant Prelims 2016 will be conducted in objective MCQ pattern. There will be 100 questions in total and 3 sections– English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern Phase II- Mains
In the Mains examination, there will be 5 sections and 200 questions in total. Each question will carry 1 mark.

There will be an interview round for all the successful candidates who will be passing RBI Assistant Mains Phase. RBI Assistant Phase III i.e Interview round will carry 35 marks. Finally, a candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of his/her performance in the online main examination and interview taken together in order of merit.
