RRC Group D Recruitment 2016: Eligibility Criteria

Much like every recruitment examination, RRC Group D Exam too has its own set of rules and regulations. Each candidate needs to fulfill a set of basic criteria for application. Let us ponder over those and see if you are eligible for applying for RRC Group D Recruitment Exam 2016.

Age Limit:

The age limit for RRC Group D Exam 2016 is set between 18 to 42 years as on 01.01.2016. Upper age relaxation is applicable upto 15 years for SC/ ST category applicants, 13 years for OBC and 10 years for PwD category aspirtan as per RRC rules.

Educational Qualification:

The applicants must have completed 10th or Matriculation or SSC or its equivalent examination form a recognized Board or Institute with minimum pass percentage of marks in order to be deemed eligible for RRC Group D Examination.


RRC Group D Recruitment 2016: Selection Process

The application process is online. In order to get recruited in the Group D Category of RRC, a candidate needs to complete both steps successful.

  1. Crack RRC Group D Recruitment 2016 Written Exam
  2. Qualify in the Medical Fitness Test

Please keep in mind that a candidate can only proceed to the fitness test once he/ she has cracked RRC Group D Exam.

The pattern is objective. The total time allotted for completing the entire written examination is 2 hours and the total marks are 200.
