SBI Clerk Prelims Exam 2018 Analysis: 23rd June 4th Slot

As we all know, the exam was composed of 3 sections i.e. Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and English Language. The exam pattern in details is as follows.

There was the sectional timing of 20 minutes for the first time in this SBI clerk Prelims examination. Tip from our exam expert: As you can see there were questions asked from data sufficiency which is usually asked in mains. So, Candidates are requested to attempt the question which is direct and less time-consuming (like Series and coding-decoding) then go for puzzle and sitting arrangement as it comprises of 15 marks. Do not get stuck in any of the puzzle if u feels so just skip and move to next question.

English Language (Easy-Moderate)

English section was easy. The questions asked in the 3rd shift was as the questions asked in 2nd shift. Few topics covered in this section were as follows:

Tip from our exam expert: As we can see the RC is story based which is of a moderate type so it becomes important to attempt RC and also there is good weightage of grammar portion so you can’t skip that, try to attempt Phrase Replacement as these are of the easy level.

Questions from Quantitative Aptitude ranged from Easy to Moderate. There were 2 sets of DI. Few topics covered in this section were as follows:
