Breaking News!!! In the SSC CGL 2017 examination paper leak case, the Supreme Court has lifted the restriction on the result. The Supreme court has directed the Selection Commission (SSC) to issue a result of the CGL 2017 examination conducted for recruitment in the central government’s jobs. Students who were eagerly waiting for the result can take a sigh of relief!!
Earlier Supreme Court has allowed SSC to declare the result of SSC CGL 2017 Tier 2 re-examination that was held on 9th March 2018. Meanwhile, the results of other dates of tier 2 exam were still on hold.
The court said that in the 7-member committee headed by SC Judge GS Singhvi, former chairman of Infosys Nandan Nilekani and scientist Vijay Bhatkar will also be there.
The apex court also appointed a high power committee headed by a Retd. SC Judge to suggest measures to make the conduct of entrance exams for jobs and admission in educational institutions foolproof.
SSC CGL is one of the most popular recruitment examinations of the country, with millions of candidates appearing every year.
