Netherlands’ Eva de Goede and Arthur van Doren of Belgium were named the International Hockey Federation’s Players of the Year for 2018.

  • Female Player of the Year – Eva de Goede (Netherland)
  • Male Player of the Year – Arthur Van Doren (Belgium)
  • Goalkeeper of the Year – Vincent Vanasch (Belgium)
  • Rising Star of the Year - Arthur de Sloover (Belgium)

Since the inception of the awards in 1998, no Indian hockey player has managed to bag the coveted awards.
