National Affairs: 

• Dak Karmayogi is an e-learning portal of the Department of Posts launched by Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw on June 28, 2022. 
• Sikar in Rajasthan tops School Grading Index at the district level. Jhunjhunu and Jaipur follow it. 
• The State Board for Wildlife, Chandigarh, has recently decided to issue online permits for Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary on payment of a nominal fee. 
• NITI Aayog launched a report titled 'India's Booming Gig and Platform Economy' on June 27 2022.  
• The World Bank has approved a $250 million loan India State Support Program for Road Safety. It will be implemented in seven Indian states, i.e., Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and West Bengal.  
• "Statistics Day" will be celebrated on June 29 2022. Theme: Data for Sustainable Development

Defence and Security: 

• Indigenous Advanced Light Helicopter MK III squadron commissioned into the Indian Coast Guard in Porbandar, Gujarat. 

Science and Technology: 

• Researchers from Amity University Haryana (AUH) and the University of Nebraska, USA, have recently developed a reusable, recyclable, washable, odourless, non-allergic and anti-microbial N95 mask by using 3D printing technology. It has immense potential as a prophylactic. 
• Researchers at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.) have recently developed a new graphic processing unit (GPU) based machine learning algorithm called Regularised, Accelerated, Linear Fascicle Evaluation (ReAl – LiFE). 

International Affairs: 

• Since 2017, World MSME Day has been observed annually on June 27. "Resilience and Rebuilding: MSMEs for Sustainable Development" was the theme of the MSME Day 2022. 
• NASA delays Psyche mission to asteroid because of late software delivery.
• India assures the world community that under PM Modi, it is committed to protecting at least 30 % of "our" lands, waters and oceans and adhering to its commitment of 30X30 by 2030
