Ravi Shastri retains Team India's head coach position till November 2021

Ravi Shastri will continue as the head coach of the Indian men's Cricket team led by Virat Kohli till November 2021.

This announced by former Indian captain Kapil Dev, who headed the three-member Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) comprising of Anshuman Gaekwad and Shantha Rangaswamy tasked with selecting the next head coach of the Indian cricket team.

The BCCI had invited application for the head coach's position after the contracts of Shastri and his support staff ended following the ICC World Cup in July 2019.
