• The loading of wind blades with a length of 81.50 meters (each weighing 25 tons) is done diligently using Ship's Hydraulic cranes carefully to protect the person carrying the goods and equipment.
• M/s. Nordex Manufacturing India Pvt. The Shippers expressed their appreciation for VOC Port's efficiency in managing Cargo of such magnitude.
• The WindMill blades and towers were safely transported using a special retractable wind blade and transport trucks from Vengal (near the red hills, Chennai) to Tuticorin.
• Ship 'M.V. MYS Dezhneva', with a total length of (LOA) 142.8 meters, was put on the harbour on 18.01.2022. It was loaded with 6 numbers of 81.50 Meter wind blades and 12 numbers of 77.10 wind blades. Upon completion, the ship sailed from VOC Port to Rostock, Germany, on 20 January 2022.
