The World Economic Forum has launched the ‘Partnering for Racial Justice in Business initiative’ to create an equitable and just workplace for professionals that are under-represented racially and ethnically.

• The Indian multinational corporation, Wipro Limited has recently joined the initiative.
• The initiative is a part of the ‘Shaping the Future of the New Economy and Society Platform’ of the World Economic Forum and will facilitate the promotion of diversity, inclusion, justice and equity in the Business Sphere.
