How to apply for MP PATWARI Examination 2019

The procedure to fill the application form is as follows:

  • Find the link of ‘Citizen Services’ then click on the ‘Application’ then click on the ‘PEB’ link.
  • Read the given ‘Instructions’ very carefully and then click on the ‘Continue’ button.
  • Fill applicant Name same as recorded in the High School Certificate/Marksheet.
  • Fill the Parent’s/Guardian’s Names recorded in the High School Certificate/Marksheet.
  • Fill the Date of Birth in the DDMMYYYY format same as recorded in the High School Certificate/Marksheet.
  • Fill the address for the correspondence with the PIN code.
  • Fill the name of the test centre as per your convenience.
  • Fill your Caste Category (GEN/SC/ST/OBC).
  • Fill your special category CAP/SP/PH/NCC (if any).
  • Fill in the Aadhar Card Number.
  • Upload the Photo, Signature and image of two lines of applicant handwriting.
  • Before submitting the Application Form read all the filled in details.
  • The applicant has to upload the Class 8th/Class 10th and Class 12th Marksheet as a proof of Date of Birth of the applicant.
  • The applicant belonging to the reserves categories has to upload the Caste Certificate issued by the authorised body.
  • Then click on the ‘Submit’ button for the submission of the Application Form.
  • Make the payment of the Application Fee by using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

General Knowledge: History of India, Geography of India, Economics, General Science, Polity, Art & Culture,Main general knowledge of Madhya Pradesh, major wildlife sanctuary and national park, major rivers, irrigation planning, major tourism (forts, palaces, ancient notable and natural places, caves, mausoleum etc.) Major personalities of Madhya Pradesh (political, sportsmen, artist, administration, author, litterateur, social worker etc.)

General Mathematics: Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Mixture & Allegation, Partnership, Trigonometry, Time, work & Wages, Area, Boat & Stream, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF & LCM, Problem On Ages, Mensuration, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart and Data Interpretation etc.

General Aptitude: Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, Spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning etc.

General Hindi: वर्तनी की सामान्य अशुद्धियाँ तथा शब्दों के शब्द रूप, शब्दों के स्त्रीलिंग, बहुवचन, किसी वाक्य को अन्य लिंग में परिवर्तन, पर्यायवाची/ विलोम शब्द, वर्तनी की त्रुटि, मुहावरे और लोकोक्तियाँ, अशुद्ध वाक्यों के शुद्ध रूप, विलोमार्थी शब्द, समानार्थी व पर्यायवाची शब्द, अनेक शब्दों के लिए एक शब्द, संधि विच्छेद, कारक, उपसर्ग और प्रत्यय, वाक्य सुधार, समास क्रिया से भाववाचक संज्ञा बनाना, रचना एवं रचयिता इत्यादि |

Patwari or Lekhpal is a land record officer at sub-division or Tehsil level. As the lowest state functionary in the Revenue Collection system, his job encompasses visiting agricultural lands and maintaining a record of ownership and tilling (girdawary). Patwari reports to Tehsildar or a chief clerk of Tehsils land records.

A patwari has three chief duties:

1. The maintenance of record of the crop grown at every harvest.
2. The keeping of the record of rights up to date by the punctual record of mutations.
3. The account of preparation of statistical returns embodying the information derived from the harvest inspections, register of mutation and record of rights.
