The Staff Selection Committee, an organization under the Government of India, under the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) is responsible for recruiting members of the government for various departments and ministries at a state level and at a union level.The selection for Data Entry Operator (DEO) and lower divisional clerk posts are done through a written test named a National level Bharti pariksha. This is the very first round for the selection procedure. It is followed by a skill and typing test for the clerk data entry posts.
