Application Procedure


Before applying for the exam, it is very important for the candidate to check the eligibility criteria for the exam and he/she must make sure that they fulfill the basic eligibility. If the candidate doesn’t fulfill the criteria, the online application will be rejected and he/she will not be permitted to appear for the exam.

Now let us divert our attention towards the Online Application Process. This can be achieved in many steps which are listed below.

Step I: Visit the official website and click the option of APPLICATION under Citizen Services which you will be able to see on the homepage. Before filling the form, read the examination rules very carefully which are available under the link named VYAPAM. After reading all the instructions carefully, click on the CONTINUE button.

Step II: Fill in all your Personal Details that are asked for in the application form. It is mandatory for the candidate to fill in all the details and leave no place for information vacant. Scan your latest photograph, signature and two lines in your hand-writing in .jpg format and save it to your computer. Attach the files to the application form by using the BROWSE button.

Step III: Prior to clicking on the SUBMIT button, make sure that the details that you have filled in form are correct. In the case of any error, rectify the mistake and only then click on the SUBMIT button.

STEP IV: After submitting the form, you will be given an Application Form ID. Now you will be directed to the page where you have to pay the application fee, click on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button and the candidate will be asked to choose the mode of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card or Internet Banking). In case the candidate is unable to avail these facilities, he/she can do so by the medium of kiosk under MP Online and use the UNPAID APPLICATION link to pay the application fee and avail the Application Form ID. After the successful transaction, a receipt with all the transaction details will be generated.

Step V: The candidate must take a copy of the Application Form and the Transaction Receipt for further use.

Note: The candidate can also apply by the medium of kiosk under MP Online, for which he/she will have to go to along with the required documents. After filling in the required information and completing the transaction, the kiosk holder will provide the candidate with the receipt of the transaction and the application form ID along with which he/she has to pay the portal fee to the holder.


Important Points to Remember:

  • The candidates must possess a copy of the Application Form and Transaction Receipt in order to rectify any error in the application form.
  • The application form can be submitted up till 12 PM on the last date of registration.
  • The candidate will be held responsible for the authenticity of all the details that he/she fills in the form.
  • The applicant must keep a copy of the application form as it contains a unique application form ID which is required for the generation of the Admit Card.
